    What I said at OLS:
    “QA has the reputation of being the location of the grim and the dumb. It shouldn't be- all of you here have made Linux a pretty kick ass OS, and that same sense of 'damn, we are making something cool' should be just as present in QA as it is in hacking.” I think this is a little bit what Andrew was getting at yesterday.
    bugmasters can be, should be, the messengers of the cool- the laughter (and the asskicking) in QA. Find one in your community and make them a part of your process.
