Who is great?

Notes:

not quite as easy
takes a slightly wacked person, but I've met several in GNOME and even recommended a couple for jobs.
some of these are skills, some are traits; some of the skills have to come from outside the probject, some can be learned once onboard. Again, an odd mix, but one you can find and bring on board
programmers who aren't comfortable with their skills, or who don't have enough time to learn a sprawling codebase, can be great bugmasters. Andrew's description of himself as someone who doesn't know details and provides high-level analysis and common sense makes him sound almost like a bugmaster already ;)
