Every medium-sized project, and many small ones, has a community member who can become a good bugmaster, I guarantee- hundreds of potential good bugmasters have passed through our bugdays. How can you find that person so that they apply the strategies from my OLS and LCA papers and the last slide (which are much more detailed than that slide)?
dirty work: helps to be nearly egoless in most things, as programmers will dump on you and filers will tell you that if bug xyz isn't fixed, your project is doomed to failure
