		<description>It is very hard to extrapolate from this year&#039;s numbers on minorities to past years (for blacks, for the obvious reason, and for hispanics, because of the immigration discussion.)</description>

		<description>Do you think the data on slide#13, that it was a fairly large increase in black and hispanic votes for the democrats (+19 and +27%) that won the state, supports the idea that Kerry would have won had Florida not been preventing people from voting? Badly worded, but I&#039;m sure you know what I mean.

I should probably look to see what the difference in numbers is between how many voted in both elections.</description>
